The 2019 AGM will be held at Hornchurch Library, Classroom 2, North St. Hornchurch RM11 1TB at 8 pm on Monday 14th October 2019.
The Agenda for the AGM will be as follows:
- Report from Officers
- Election of Officers
- Closure of AGM and resumption of normal monthly business
Only LCC members can be part of the management committee but anyone is welcome to attend group meetings and contribute to our work.
