Havering Cyclists is pleased to see the new Walking and Cycling strategy entitled Gear Change which sets out a bold vision to make Havering (and the UK) a truely cycle-friendly place.
We feel that if implemented, this would go a long way to delivering the high quality cycle facilites that we have been calling for.
