Please see below notes from our campaign meeting from the 14th December.

EVENTS
In the New Year we have International Womens' Day (12th March), the Mayor's Charity Bike Ride (24th April) and the regular monthly Mark-It events. 

ACTIONS:
Ray to book a pitch at the International Women's Day event.
Jeff to write to German Dector-Vega at Sustrans to try to obtain a route "ownership map" for route 136.
Terry to chase up the notes from the CLG.
Ray to carry out a leaflet inventory
Terry to order more leaflet bags with a view to us having a leaflet-bag-filling session

NEXT MEETING
Our next meeting is planned for 11th January at JJ Moons PH in High Street Hornchurch.
 (Just look out for the table where the people are wearing red LCC or Sustrans tee shirts).
