These are notes from our meeting of 14 July 2014. 

CLG REPORT
The proposed Quiet Routes are published for comment.
Jeff reported that he has attended a consultation meeting on the Ingrebourne Valley landfill proposal and an undertaking had been given that the cycle path would not be affected.

HAVERING CYCLING OFFICER
Since Amandeep has left, this post remains vacant. Ray has written to Roger Ramsey. Terry will look into other ways to press for the post to be filled.

EVENTS
The Sustrans rides from local schools are under way. Terry will provide more goody bags for the participants.
We will be supporting the Ride London event on 9 August with a feeder ride starting at Gidea Park and continuing to Elm Park before heading off to Tower Hill.

Date Of Next Meeting is planned for MONDAY 11 August at the Chequers PH in North Street.
