Havering Cyclists will be running a Dr Bike event on Sunday the 1st June in Hornchurch Country Park opposite the Visitors Centre.
Why not come along between 11am and 2pm and have your bike checked for free?

Hi , do I need to book in or just turn up, I want to start cycling, a friend donated a bike need to check for fit, is there a post code for the spot? I’m new in the area

That’s exaclty what we’re here for.
There’s no need to book. Just turn up.
We will be opposite the visitor centre in Hornchurch Country Park and there is a car park nearby at the end of Squadrons Approach.
The postcode is RM12 6DF.
